When you have ordered a dress, you will be emailed a measurement chart, with a request for more detailed measurements. All the dresses are priced up to a size 26. However some dresses due to their style are divided into two size bands – UK 8-18, and UK 20-26 – and priced accordingly. Details are shown within listings. Yes, if your dress is for a particular date check my availability. All of my dresses are made to order, I do not carry stock. Depending on volume of work, I can often dispatch my custom made dresses within 14-21 days of purchase. However, if you are looking for a dress months in advance of your wedding/event, it is advisable to place an order, to avoid disappointment.

There is a section on the measurement chart to state the colour’s you would like. All the Crushed Velvet colour’s that I use are shown within the various designs. If the dress has a braid, I will say on each listing if it comes in another colour.

Yes, trains are optional, a small train is advisable though to help give a dress a good visual line.

No, frockfollies dresses are non returnable. All orders are accepted in good faith. I will happily accommodate delay due to unforseen circumstances, but I do not accept cancellations. Also, frockfollies dresses are non returnable because each dress is made to clients individual measurements provided by the clients. When I receive your measurements, I check them thoroughly and query any that I feel may be wrong.
